Bowen Technique

A gentle hands-on therapy that helps the body release tension, improve alignment and restore balance. Suitable for all ages and particularly helpful for pain, stiffness and recovery.

Acupuncture

A traditional therapy using very fine needles to support pain relief, recovery, relaxation and overall wellbeing.

Nervous System Treatment

When the nervous system is under stress, symptoms can show up throughout the body. This approach focuses on helping the body move out of survival mode and into a state where healing and repair can take place.
